The customer area was certainly clean and nice. Most have been paid for by unsuspecting customers that they took advantage of.
I had my car serviced here a few times. I really liked the people there. However, at my last (and final) visit, the mechanic negligently handled my oil change and thus my oil leaked from my car without my knowledge. When the signal came on, I was very surprised since I had recently changed the oil. I brought the issue to the manager and he refused to acknowledge my request to have it looked at. I had to go to another mechanic to fix the car. I will never come here again.
You'll appreciate how everyone there is a straight shooter who won't up charge anything. On top of that, the work is always done right. Stu is a true professional!

I was recommended by a friend to take my Ford Focus to be fixed by these guys. I was greeted by Nick and Sue. After a few minutes of conversation, I knew I had made the right choice. They were both professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My car is running better than it has in months and I will definitely be going back again when my next service is due.
That is where it ends. I came into have my brakes looked at because they where making a noise. A mechanic took my.car for a test drive. When he returned he pulled into a bay. After about 15 minutes he came out to discuss what he found. He began with a big speech about what he felt the car needed, not once talking about the brake noise. So concerned about the up sell they ignored why I came there in the first place. I asked twice about the brake noise and after the second time the mechanic just said clean your brakes that should do something for you. They are so focused on getting the larger pay day they make the customer feel stupid for coming in for what they feel isn't worth their time.
