I don't live in CT so I am not a regular customer to Moore's, however, I was traveling to Boston and broke down I-84. It ended up being the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. Everyone at Moore's, especially Chris T., was accommodating and polite. I was driving around in a mid-90's Civic that was approaching 200k so the repairs ended up not being worth the price of the car. Moore's walked through signing the car over and set up the car's removal. I can't emphasize enough the level of service I received. Some of the best people I've ever dealt with.
Recently bought a car here. For a week I was searching for a car. I drove by and decided to stop by. I found a car I liked and took it for a test drive. Nothing was wrong with it. They showed me it was serviced here by the previous owner. Within a week I drove out with the car I chose. They registered the car here and everything. Didn't have to go to the dmv or anything. Saved me time. They were very friendly and understanding. The whole experience was a smooth flow. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and that's especially a Toyota.
Moore's is the best! You know the sick feeling that you get in the pit of your stomach when you take your car to a new mechanic for the first time? You know that you are probably going to be taken for a ride with claims of the numerous things that are wrong with your car. NOT WITH MOORE's!!!!! Extremely trustworthy business! Everyone at Moore's is super friendly and will give you a complete explanation of what needs to be fixed on your car and why. Fair prices and quality work. I have been taking both the family cars to Moore's for the last 4 years without a single regret or issue. Highly Recommend!
