My son went to pre k 4 last year. The school is good and the activities they were doing were good.
And last but not the least there was too much emphasis on joining certain private extracurricular classes.
Great school.. Teachers are so kind and polite.. (mrs.Anderson, mrs.Mcrath,ms.Lauren are few among them). Disciplining the child by teaching little things like stopping at the stop sign, No throwing toys, do walking feet inside, waiting for their turns in the group etc.. im very much glad that my child reciprocates the same in home.. This inspires me a lot..
It might be a 5 star place for you if your child is very talkative and outgoing but for my kid who used to be shy and.introvert the place wasn't a right fit.
I'm only giving this a 3 star because people said it's good for the kids and it does look extremely satisfying for the kids, but this YMCA doesn't look like it has a good workout unit for adults. It's also rundown and old. It really needs a makeover
Often in group discussion I felt that the discussion was only about a few kids of the class who were more extrovert.
My son went here for more than 1 year. We liked it.
Sometimes I felt the teachers were reluctant to consider the parents perspective. What the teacher deals with ( even outside the school) seemed more important than what the kids were dealing with.
Clean spacious & bright!! I feel very comfortable here & I like the idea that there are people working there with all types of challenges & very much all ethnicity are employ
