Last visit to this lab was a disappointment as the staff who waited on me was sullen, rude and lacking in any interpersonal skills.
Quick service even I was here on weekend & weekday mornings. Clean office and very supportive staff.
Zero stars Quest is the worst. Literally half the times I go they do something wrong and I need to take time to go back again another time. The staff are okay sometimes and downright useless most of the time. They were slow and rude in South Windsor so I went to Vernon and it's closed due to an electrical problem. Overall low quality I'm not sure I can trust their test results
I sat at the window for 5 mins, when the women came out she was rude as hell and told me I had to wait till they were done with their lunch. Then I could check In. Rude rude rude
Took my 13 year old daughter there for blood work...friendly, professional staff member was great with my nervous daughter. ..kept her talking and before you know it the sample was taken ...she prefers to go to Quest for these things.
