I ordered a 30 Gallon Trailer Sprayer online for store pick up today, when I arrived they put it in the back of my vehicle. The gentlemen just put the item in my car and walked back in the store without ensuring that my product was the right one or damaged in anyway. When I got home I noticed that they had given me a rusted up trailer sprayer that someone had returned. The trailer sprayer even had water left in it. When I noticed what was given to me, my father came outside and realized that that was his Christmas gift and no longer wanted it or a new one from Tractor Supply. I am not sure how their employees didn’t realize that the invoice showed a $300 dollar product and they brought me out a returned and rusted product. Worst service I have ever received and will no longer purchase products from Tractor Supply in Vernon again. Their supervisor was a nice guy but didn’t offer much help or a decent discount to keep my business. If you are interested in any outdoor equipment for landscape work, go to Home Depot or Lowe’s, they rarely disapppint and offer a wider range of products.

I go to this store for 3 to 4 weeks to look for a sprocket bushing and it is never there or they don't restock the shelfs, what a disappointment
Had to drive to Vernon to get part cause didn't have it in Enfield.Tried to use 10% coupon.But was told I can't use it.GREAT could have used it for having to drive that far.
