Customer service wasn't the best!! Seems too be going down hill as far as enough help as well as getting very Cluttered with merchandise in main isle!! Lack of service - the clutter is enough too maybe keep me from going back!! People don't realize that the store needs too have friendly people/knowledge for store and look attractive meaning the store in it's self!!! Been better if I had been treated as if the care was there for the customers!! Without US there would be no store no pay check for employees!!
Refused to honor posted sale price.
My go to hardware store. They always have what I need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are good/fair. I love this place.
