I was so taken aback that I could not help but make KAYLA know, that I adore Courtney and she did my hair before my spinal surgery.
She then was rude to me, the rest of the hair cut.
Cost Cutters lost a great stylist who is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.
I gave her a tip anyway, and KAYLA did not say, thank you, have a nice day or anything!
She makes me wish I had hair down to my waist...unfortunately l don't but she never rushes and I always come away feeling relaxed and peaceful. She has a beautiful spirit
The last time I went in, was a month after my surgery, to get my dead ends trimmed.
Horrible ...she don't have any experience..she spoiled my hair style..I would never go again..

I LOVED getting my hair done here! Courtney rocked my roots and low-lights.
Plus, I asked for "wispy bangs", but she "blunt" cut them, in various choppy lengths. It looks terrible.

Sorry COST CUTTERS. But based on the bad vibes and the unprofessional behavior and actions, of this particular worker, I am moving on.
It was my go-to salon,w here I always left feeling like a million bucks, without paying it.
She and another worker, were speaking negatively about Courtney, right in front of me!
Courtney was busy and it was a walk-in day for haircuts, so I took the next available stylist.
Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and will never go back again
My experience with Michele has been the best in my 80 years aside from my daughter.
The four stars are earned because of Courtney and Michele (Michelle does the BEST perms ever!)
