I was recommended to Pro Eye by a friend for the little one's eye needs. Staff is friendly, VERY patient and super accommodating. Special nod to Toni for her caring and understanding about the little one and the glasses that work best for his "active" lifestyle! :-)
The office looks remodeled and as clean as can be. The exams are extremely thorough with new/updated machines which make me feel confident in the health of my eyes. Dr. Watson is extremely knowledgeable, and very quick to zero in on the prescription you need. The office staff is very good at identifying what your insurance will/will not cover which can sometimes be confusing. Nice selection of glasses too!
Dr.Watson and Toni at the front desk are very professional and thorough. Most of the time I am brought right in and have quality time during my exam. They have state of the art equipment and a large selection of frames. Thank you for taking care of my eye care needs!

I don't even know where to start with this terrible place. I was at my appointment for over 2 hours for my yearly exam. I was switched to various technicians throughout my appointment and then between the intern and doctor at the end. The doctor and intern told me my perscription changed and that they were ordering me contacts to try. Come to find out my perscription never changed and it was the same, but they failed to tell me. They never told me and 2 weeks later I called asking what happened and they said all the notes the doctor wrote were not what they told me. Terrible communication between intern, Doctor and the patient. I'm doubting my eye appointment now and the lady on the phone only argued with me that the notes were correct and what the doctor told me was wrong. I don't recommend this place and I'll be switching doctors.
