He was angry, frustrated, impatient, annoyed, intolerant, and demeaning all at once. I was cornered and overwhelmed by him. He could have helped me and kept his insults to himself, but his arrogance got in the way of treatment.
I have been using Dr Haight for nearly 10 years now and he is a fantastic doctor. Dr Haight has always taken his time with me on eye exams, explained any questions or concerns I may have, and is very knowledgeable and resourceful on my conditions. His staff have always been very prompt and efficient in getting me scheduled/checked-in/checked-out. I see Dr Haight every two years for an exam and we always talked Red Sox (GO SOX!) baseball after the exam is complete. Thank you Dr Haight!
I received the opposite of care today. I got stress and inconvenience and the grueling task of having to look for a new opthamologist.
Today was my last visit to Dr Height, after years, I left in shock, eyes fully dilated. I thought I was in an interrogation room, not an opthamologist chair.
