place is very clean the lady who works there is very nice ,friendly willing to help you
I haven't been to a laundromat in over 14 years. I walked into this one and was created by Mel, one of the owners. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. The place was clean and maintained. No trash anywhere and floor clean. I would highly recommend this place for any of your laundry needs.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This one woman appears to be very racist. My boyfriend and his son had gone to do a few loads only to get watched and harassed by this one female worker. She even went as far as touching his laundry when she felt she had the right to remove it from the washer to hurry them out of the laundromat. Making sly comments about him and his son (his son has special needs) I was furious and immediately went to get a name and speak to the manager. The worker had just left and I was told I would get a call, and that the manager heard about the issue already..but the worker also stated the owner had been the one who said to "watch him" him being my boyfriend who had simply been giving them great business for years with absolutely no issues until this one woman began working. We haven't returned. They clearly dislike people of color and don't treat each paying customers the same.
I got locked INSIDE my car and the woman who works here was so kind and tended my laundry so I could drive to dealership to get car fixed. The place is clean and my clothes get washed better than at my apartment washer and dryer they supply. There's closer laundromats but I like this one. No seedy characters lingering around either.
I know the owner and and I have been going there for years. Mel is a terrific guy and the girls that work for him are wonderful in every sense. Mel does volunteer charity work and my best friend used to work with him years ago. I am disputing the post about him being racist. Mel does not contain that sort of "energy" anywhere in his being. He is grateful of all customers.
