Very hard to trust people with your children and I trust them with every concern I have.
I like the doctors in this practice. Knowledgeable and very professional. The reason for 1 star is that the amount they charge you is very high. In our recent visit for my daughter for annual wellness checkup, we are charged even for asking basic questions. A wellness visit is paid by insurance company. But because we asked couple of questions, the visit turned to be more then wellness visit. Due to high deductible plans these days a lot of burden needs to be shared by us. We have to pay them around 200 bucks for asking some simple questions. These feels like a trap.

My advice, if you are going on a wellness visit to any Doctor, please try and not ask any question, if you ask make sure get the price tag from doctor before the answer is given to you.
I would recommend them to anyone with children!
No matter the day if I have questions or concerns they are always there wanting to help!

My forearm was injected with a TB screening, but I was never curious as to if I had TB and it wasn't required for school. It hurts so bad. After the injection the secretary yelled at me because I couldn't come in 48 hours later to get it observed-- I'm moving back to school it's something that is actually impossible for me and I had no idea! Just because I'm 19 doesn't mean I don't matter at a pediatricianoffice. However, I guess I'm going to have to find a new doctor after going there my whole life because I'm actually really upset about how I was treated, considering it was the first time I had ever gone there without my mom.
The only reason we go there is for convenience but after recent events we will be switching to a better practice. They never answer their phone and do not return calls till 6 hours later. Their hours indicate they are available till 5pm yet they shut down at 3-4pm. We have called and several times and experienced this. They deny it and make excuses when I called them out on it and also we have been there at 4pm before and there’s hardly anyone there to help. Most of their staff are rude and should not be receptionists. Some of the nurses dress inappropriately and show their butt crack when they do anything. One of their pediatricians is extremely judgmental and we refuse to ever see her again and pushes her beliefs on us. She should not be seeing moms right after having a baby because she adds so much unneeded stress through her judgment and lack of bedside manner. Cannot wait to switch and will drive a little further if that means feeling like patients come first.
