A lot has changed within this Store. Sales associates act like I'm disturbing them when I asked for help. No one is never there for Layaway. You've got to do better.
2 weeks past 30 day return policy, which I was not aware of because I didn't stop and read the entire receipt, which Kmart said you should have read receipt. I have the receipt, original tags and the Kmart bag and they will neither refund or give a store credit.
I miss you Big k mart
My answer now, never shopping Kmart again, I have plenty of other options. They wonder why they are going out of business.
No help with calling customer support either.
