Had an amazing experience at this enterprise. I was in town from LA and went to the Hertz in Hartford and had a very crappy experience. Steve at this Enterprise is a boss and made life so easy for me, and it was way cheaper. Thanks Steve you're the man. Everyone at this location is just extremely helpful.
I am an Emerald member but joined Enterprise Plus as an added benefit so that I can pick up a vehicle at a location close to where I live. I’ve rented from Enterprise Vernon several times and appreciate the service, quick response and professional demeanor. They picked me up for one rental at the exact time they said they would, calling ahead to ensure I was available. I just used the special $19.99 rate this past weekend and showed up earlier than expected on Friday to pick up the vehicle. Not a problem they had what I wanted cleaned and ready to go! If you want convenience, quick and personable service then Vernon Enterprise is the way to go!
I totalled my car and these guys were fantastic, I barely missed an hour of work the next day.
Enterprise was very prompt delivering me a vehicle so I could return home after my car broke down. However the windshield both inside and out was filthy. Before I returned the car I cleaned the inside and outside of the windshield and it made a terrific difference. You should never rent a car with a dirty windshield. The car was a small Nissan and it had fantastic mileage. I use Enterprise a lot and the next time I'll check the windshield.
Branch Manager Jocelyn Dinallo went far above and beyond to help get us on the road again after our car broke down on the highway, just before her closing time, during a holiday period. Without her help we would have been stranded overnight in Connecticut with a long road ahead the next day. The rental experience at Enterprise is always great, but this one was exceptional.
